POSITION: Internal Sales Engineer

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Internal Sales Engineer at WEG Africa in Accra. The Sales Engineer will be in charge of inside sales, generating quotations, giving technical support, and driving sales operations to help the company grow and establish a market presence.
Responsibilities
- Getting leads and cold phoning new clients
- Creating business prospects by scheduling meetings and delivering sales pitches
- Providing technical plans and comprehensive diagrams of products to consumers
- Providing extensive analytics to show consumers how a product can benefit their business.
- Answering consumer questions about scientific or technical topics.
- Providing a point of contact between the client and account managers or service suppliers.
- Arranging follow-up meetings with clients to keep their business and increase sales
Requirements for this position
- Industry knowledge, qualifications, and strong sales abilities.
- Quotes and Sales Engineering Experience
- Technical Support Expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate in a team context.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical technologies is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
