POSITION: Sales Associate
Job Description
Our client, who provides marketing and branded products solutions, is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be largely responsible for contacting new and existing clients to improve the company’s services/products and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Create and qualify leads by cold phoning small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce and promote the company’s product offers.
- Create, manage, and maintain robust sales pipelines.
- Drive business growth and sales strategies in line with the company’s specified KPIs.
- Research the market to find new business prospects.
- Independently create new trends and referrals through day-to-day company activity.
- Actively comprehend potential consumers’ demands in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Requirements include a degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar subject, as well as two years of post-national service job experience.
- Must have worked as a telesales representative, sales/customer service, marketing, or equivalent roles.
- Possess excellent work ethics and solid interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain a sense of urgency while managing a heavy task, prioritizing, and managing time wisely.
- Must have great communication abilities (verbal and written).
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office suite
