POSITION: Medical Sales Representative

Being a Medical Sales Representative at Shalina Healthcare Ghana is crucial to our mission of providing outstanding healthcare products. As part of your responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to promote and sell our wide range of medical products to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring that our products are delivered to healthcare providers who require them to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Deliverables:
- Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Offer details about the product and send out samples.
- Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with medical representatives to effectively influence the targeted group in the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies and execute brand strategies to maintain a cohesive marketing message.
- Conducting thorough research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market performance.
- Submitting purchase orders to the relevant department on time.
- Organizing conferences and group events for medical professionals.
Qualifications, experience, and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, or a related field.
- 1–2 Years of working experience in pharmaceutical products.
