POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE

The ideal applicant for this job will thrive in generating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative selling technique, this individual will find and qualify leads, resulting in sales possibilities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads in the field and beyond!
  • Achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with potential clients in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Help to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Providing sales presentations to a variety of prospective clients.
  • Aligning sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding and promoting the company’s programs.
  • Visiting current and prospective clients to assess requirements or market products and services.
  • Managing client records.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Provides effective updates on customer relationship management (CRM) using all relevant data
  • Sending marketing emails to clients
  • Providing the Sales Manager with updates on efforts aimed at meeting targets.
  • Investigate possible targets, sectors, and customers.
  • Other duties as specified

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two to five years of experience in building materials, paints, or construction sales. Experience selling construction or building materials.
  • B.Sc. in a related subject (minimum)
  • Ghanaian or any nationality (living in Ghana for at least 5 years)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
