POSITION: Sales Executive
As Ghana’s top Internet Service Provider (ISP), we provide a diverse range of services, including Fiber Optic Internet Access, Satellite Broadband Internet Access, Radio Broadband Internet Access, IP VPN, Wide Area Network connectivity, Voice over IP solutions, and Managed Services. Our objective is to provide businesses, organizations, residences, and individuals around the country with dependable and creative Internet solutions.
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be in charge of designing and implementing sales strategies, generating new leads, and completing agreements. The ideal applicant will have a successful sales track record, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to create customer connections.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Generate new leads.
- Close bargains.
- Develop ties with customers.
- Offer exceptional client service.
- Reach or surpass sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable discipline.
- Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in working independently and collaboratively, with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience with the telecommunications industry
- Experience using CRM and other software tools
- Experience in social media marketing.
- Experience with presentations.
