POSITION: Product Manager

As a Market Product Manager at MFS, you will be in charge of understanding the market and customer demands in the region where you operate. You will collaborate with our customer success team and product management organization to develop truly user-centric financial services for new and existing customers. You will be a member of the MFS Product Management team, reporting to the Head of Product Management.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and develop regional market, industry, customer, company, and competitor knowledge and insights that apply to new and existing fintech services.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to establish Ericsson MFS in the regional market.
- Created and implemented product strategies and roadmaps for new financial services, ensuring obvious customer and user value in each release.
- Translated and translated customer and market needs into product specifications for internal R&D and partner product development.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to guarantee that product features are delivered on time and high quality.
- Design and optimize the customer journey to guarantee a seamless and happy experience, and collaborate with customer support teams to address issues, gather feedback, and enhance service.
- Generate and implement go-to-market plans for new services or features, and work with product marketing to generate compelling messaging and promotional materials.
- Responsible for the profit and loss of a new fintech service.
