Are you somebody who can:
- Establish, coordinate, and manage target and budget goals while controlling expenses across functional areas to improve efficiency.
- Maintain expert knowledge of important legislative modifications, and industry best practices, and provide proactive advice and solutions to key stakeholders.
- Create a service culture that fosters rewarding relationships, encourages creativity, and empowers people to deliver excellent client service.
- Develop and maintain objective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including end-users, subject-matter experts, project managers, and senior staff members.
- Create an audit strategy for the firm to proactively detect hazards to the bank.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislation and audit standards.
- Ensure that audits are completed by the agreed-upon process and criteria.
You’ll be an excellent candidate if:
- Have a relevant degree.
- Have at least five years of related experience.
