POSITION: Hotel Cleanliness Expert
Our jobs entail more than simply providing guests with a clean room and freshly made beds. Instead, we want to create an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Environment Experts are trained in a variety of housekeeping activities and are responsible for the hotel’s overall appearance and cleanliness. They have the freedom to walk around their environment and accomplish anything they need to do. The Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel’s environments contribute to a positive guest experience by delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms, and public areas, and performing other related tasks.
No matter what position you hold, a few things are essential for success: maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and working hands-on (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without help). Doing all of these things well (along with any suitable job duties as required) is vital for Guest Environment Experts – we must always get it right for our visitors and our business.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Education: No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: There is no related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or certification: None.
