Job Purpose
- Assists technical teams with new and renovated TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools).
- Job responsibilities include installing, testing, and repairing TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools), handling customer feedback, providing sales support, completing
- Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT), and ensuring equipment quality and documentation. Promotes safe work practices. • Leads others in completing tasks in accordance with procedures, applicable codes, and/or standards. •
- May serve as the on-site supervisor to the field service crew and report back to Service management.
- Assists with the development of procedural requirements for current and future jobs.
This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent technical diploma, at least 5 years of experience as a field service technician, and advanced knowledge of electrical, subsea, hydraulics, mechanical, and structural steel. - Ability to read and understand drawings
- Capable of performing moderately complex calculations
- Capable of understanding, troubleshooting, explaining, and teaching others about technical tools and instruments needed to perform duties
- Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures
