• Location: Lakeside Estate in Accra, Ghana
• Job Type: Full-Time, Entry Level
• Salary: ranges from GHS 4,000 to 5000 per month for various positions.

Job Overview:

As an E-commerce Customer Support & Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a great experience across all online platforms. This position demands a combination of strong communication skills, problem-solving talents, and a thorough understanding of social media involvement.

Roles and responsibilities

Customer Support

• Ensure that customer orders are confirmed accurately and timely via multiple contact channels, such as email or phone. Verify order details, such as product selection, quantity, pricing, and shipping information, to confirm accuracy and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently. Help to coordinate order fulfillment, which includes inventory management, packaging, and shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries and give accurate and fast support through email, live chat, and phone calls.
• Assist consumers with orders, product queries, tracking information, and returns/exchanges.
• Resolve client complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to handle consumer issues and offer comprehensive solutions.
• Keep complete and accurate records of customer contacts and transactions.
• Keep current with product knowledge and changes in corporate policies or procedures.
• Continuously seek to improve customer support processes and contribute to the team goals.

Social Media

• Monitor and interact with customers through social media channels like as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create compelling material for social media posts, such as product highlights, promotions, and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies that boost brand awareness and sales.
• Creating and implementing social media campaigns and promotions to support marketing initiatives.

Required Skill or Experience

• Location Requirement: Applicants should dwell in or around Lakeside Estate, Ashaley Botwe, Madina, Adenta, Legon, and the adjacent districts to permit easy travel and availability for work.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related discipline is desired.
• Prior experience with customer service.
• Strong written and vocal communication abilities, along with a polite and professional approach.
• Expertise in leveraging social media platforms for business goals, such as content development and community management.
• A creative attitude with a desire to engage with customers and generate brand loyalty.
