Job Description:
- Ability to listen and communicate Chinese fluently.
- Good communication skills;
- Can convey Chinese manager’s instructions to local workers.
- Have a strong ability to work under pressure and adept at resolving factory labour concerns.
- Complete all duties assigned by the leader on schedule and with good quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese translation, human resources, and business management.
- More than two years of Chinese translation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Excellent linguistic skills. English and Chinese languages are preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Word computer software.
Location: Takoradi

Wangkang (Ghana) Ceramic Co., Ltd. was established in Takoradi, West Ghana, in 2015 with an investment of over $50 million US dollars. It encompasses nearly 270 thousand square meters. With around 100 Chinese employees and over 800 local employees, this provides an additional 2000 jobs indirectly. It has established and begun operations with three manufacturing lines capable of producing 120,000 square meters of floor and wall tiles per day, making it Ghana’s largest ceramic production firm.
The tile goods are not only sold locally, but also exported to Cote d’lvoire, Burkina Faso, Togo, Mali, and other neighbouring nations. As a representative of Chinese private firms, it contributes significantly to Ghana’s industrialization and infrastructure development.
