POSITION: Engineering Project Manager
About the job
- Take responsibility for and define assigned activities, restricting requests and targets while defining critical indicators, documenting and communicating the extent of the work in accordance with internal clients.
- Prepare an executive project plan that ensures the use of the most appropriate and modern technologies.
- Manage supplier offer requests, assign tasks to internal clients, and communicate with the project owner.
- Assign and supervise duties to project team members to ensure that the project’s various components work together.
- Plan, program, and pursue the scope, costs, terms, execution techniques, acquisitions, quality, and other requirements to assure the project’s success.
- Manage the allotted budget and billing process, working with the customer to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Responsible for excellent stakeholder management during the project’s inception to ensure its success.
- Timely project handover to end users, including all necessary paperwork and hypercare to ensure proper utilization/operation.
- Coordinate the actions developed by the various Project Technicians within the tasks allocated by the Industrial Services Manager.
- Tender analysis and vendor recommendations.
Business case development
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering from a reputed firm.
- Expertise: More than three years in equivalent jobs with relevant expertise in leadership and engaging senior stakeholders.
- FMCG experience
- Languages: English, French.
