Lycopodium is hiring an Infrastructure Superintendent in Yamfo, Ahafo North for our growing Project team.
The Infrastructure Superintendent reports to the Construction Manager -Plant / NPI and manages the Ahafo North Plant Infrastructure and MSA Construction Contractor to comply with Company, Client, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Activities you’ll do
- Keep subcontractors and staff informed of schedules, construction processes, corporate policies and procedures, permits, safety/loss prevention, quality control, and other performance criteria.
- Discuss and approve project drawings with subcontractors and superintendents.
- Manage subcontract and self-performed job scope strategies and resource allocation to subject-matter experts.
- Review construction designs and specifications, execution planning, inspection, testing, and safe work plans to anticipate issues.
- Participate in construction strategy, execution planning, and scheduling.
