Position: International Business Development Executive
An American BPO company is looking for sales and marketing professionals to work in its Accra-based worldwide Contact Center, focused on sales and marketing campaigns with customers in the United States and Canada
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all of our company’s products and services.
- Getting new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and coordination with the marketing team.
- Attending networking events to research and interact with potential clients.
- Maintaining meaningful ties with existing clients to secure their retention.
- Suggesting updates or new products and services that would be of interest to customers.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to get the best cost.
- Equipping employees with the technical and social skills required to increase sales.
- Reviewing client comments and making appropriate modifications.
- Stay in step with consumer trends to guarantee that our solutions remain relevant.
REQUIREMENT
- The candidate must be exceptionally fluent in English and possess great verbal communication abilities.
- The candidate must have at least three to four years of sales and marketing or corporate experience.
- Monthly remuneration consists of a competitive basic salary plus performance bonuses, with an on-target earning (OTE) of GH 14,000 each month.
- This post is only open to graduates with at least a bachelor’s degree or HND certification.
- Age requirements range from 26 to 39 years old.
- Hours of operation: Monday through Friday (2pm to 10:30pm GMT) (9:00AM to 5:30PM EST).
