POSITION: Service Fleet Specialist
Job Role
Handle consumer loans either independently or as part of a collection team. Use suitable collection tactics to recover bad debts or resolve delinquent accounts while remaining legally compliant.
Job responsibilities
- Perform regular customer service operations and address uncomplicated client inquiries.
- Create great experiences for clients by interacting politely with them.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of applicable technologies, external regulation, and industry best practices through continuing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Develop knowledge and awareness of the organisation’s policies, procedures, relevant regulatory codes, and codes of conduct to ensure that your own work meets those standards. Obtain approval from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions.
- Participating in evaluation and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching, will help you build your own competencies.
- Enter essential information into the CRM system after each encounter with a client to ensure that the organisation has quality data to allow efficient customer retention and business development initiatives.
- Discover the most effective methods to answer routine functional inquiries.
- Liaise with debtors on outstanding debt and agree on a payment deadline.
- Create reliable reports for others by gathering data from a number of standard sources and entering it into standard formats.
- Assistance in using the internal communications system to access specific information upon request.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
