1. Customer Experience REP
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Foster long-term relationships and trust with customers through open and participatory communication.
- Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate and complete information.
- Achieve sales targets and call handling quotas for personal and customer service teams.
- Respond quickly to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- HND or degree required.
2 . Accounts Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements on time
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Consolidate accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments, calculate taxes, prepare returns, and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on firm financial health and liquidity. Audit financial transactions and records.
- Maintain sensitive financial data and backup databases as needed. Comply with financial policies and rules.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proficient in general ledger functions
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Holds a BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree
Location: Accra.
