Job Description

Position Type: Full-time, Limited to Young Professionals in Tamale

As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Tamale.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Oversee and manage all Savana Essence social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Regularly update content and respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and respectful interaction.

Content Creation

• Create engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms.
• Utilize tools such as AI, Canva, and other content creation platforms to design visually appealing and informative posts.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and engage the target audience.

Ads Management

• Design and run effective advertisements on social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

Customer Relationship Management

• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment center to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Fulfillment Center

• Work closely with the fulfillment center to manage inventory and coordinate the timely dispatch of products nationwide.
• Track and update order status, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Marketing and Sales Proficiency

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.

Required Skills or Experience

• Proficient in social media management, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
• Skilled in content creation using tools like Canva.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, with a proven track record.
• Diligent, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of carrier oils and the beauty/cosmetic industry is an added advantage.
