Benefits of the scholarship
The University of Edinburgh is providing one scholarship to help with the cost of an MSc program’s UK tuition. The difference between the UK rate of the fee and the international tuition fee must be paid by applicants who must pay foreign tuition costs. These grants are valid for a single academic year.
During the time period covered by their award, all scholarship recipients are expected to be active participants in our postgraduate community and will take advantage of opportunities to showcase their work to the larger student and staff population.

Eligibility Requirements
Students who are accepted for admission to one of the following programs of study at the University of Edinburgh’s School of Philosophy, Psychology & Language Sciences will receive the scholarships.
- Master of Science in the English Language
- A Master of Science in Linguistics
Graduates of the University of Edinburgh and candidates for the MSc by Research programs will receive preference.
Candidates must possess, or anticipate obtaining, a First Class Honours undergraduate degree or it’s equivalent internationally.
