POSITION: Kitchen Assistant/Waiter
Key Responsibilities
- Provides a pleasant customer experience by offering fair, friendly, and kind service.
- Addresses consumer concerns and inquiries.
- All food processing areas should be cleaned and sanitized in accordance with approved hygiene guidelines.
- Washing and storing all cooking equipment, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
- Assisting the cook in preparing meal materials, such as washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor, as well as cleaning the kitchen walls.
- Provide support services to other departments as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Skill or Experience
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in a relevant capacity.
- Completed secondary schooling and holds a WASSCE certificate.
- Possess a certificate from a recognized vocational school, such as NVTI, COTVET.
- Strong creative and analytical talents.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
