POSITION: Sales Manager
About us:
WeLearn Ghana is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged women, youth, and children via educational programs. Our objective is to end the cycle of poverty, improve living conditions, and help everyone reach their full potential.
Position Overview:
WeLearn Ghana is looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead a transformation in the sales of a new product. The selected candidate will be in charge of heading their own team of two additional sales officers, with the goal of increasing our reach in Ghana and beyond Africa. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join a rising organization and have a substantial impact on underserved communities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to launch and promote the
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
- Identify and enter new markets, form alliances, and secure sales possibilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective product integration and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales results, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and maximize outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, ideally in the beauty and cosmetic industries.
- Successfully met and exceeded sales targets in competitive markets.
- Effective leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and encourage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong interest in social impact.
- Willingness to travel inside Ghana and possibly throughout Africa as the role grows.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary during the three-month probation period is (5,000.00-10,000.00 Ghana cedis and 1,500.00-2,000.00 Ghana cedis for sales officers based on performance.
