WeLearn Ghana Calls For Job Applications

POSITION: Commission Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated sales representative to work on a commission basis, selling our premium oil perfume to customers and businesses.

Company Description

WeLearn Ghana is a non-profit organization based in Kumasi that aims to empower vulnerable rural youth, women, and children via education and focused programs to reduce poverty and support the SDGs. Our key activities prioritize skill training, education, entrepreneurship growth, and personal development, with the goal of cultivating an innovative and self-belief culture in underprivileged areas.

Ghana’s vulnerable people are locked in a cycle of poverty and inequality as a result of the economic and educational disparities between urban and rural communities. We aim to bridge this gap by focusing on four pillars: skill training, quality education, entrepreneurial development, and personal development training. This is both an economic and moral obligation. We want to make sure that everyone can live a full and productive life.

Responsibilities:

  • Market our oil-based perfume to potential customers and businesses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and new consumers.
  • Achieve sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and assistance.
  • Operate independently with minimum supervision.

Qualification:

  • SHS or above with experience.

Compensation:

  • Competitive commission structure depending on sales performance.
  • High earnings potential with no commission cap.
  • Provide ongoing training and support.
