POSITION: General Manager
Position Summary:
Villa Monticello, Ghana’s leading luxury boutique hotel, is looking for a skilled and results-oriented General Manager to manage daily operations, guarantee outstanding guest experiences, and promote business expansion. The perfect candidate will be an effective leader who is enthusiastic about hospitality and dedicated to service quality.
Main Duties:
- Supervise all hotel functions, guaranteeing effectiveness and exceptional service.
- Guide, educate, and inspire employees to uphold excellent hospitality standards.
- Create and execute strategic initiatives to boost income and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee budgets, financial statements, and operational expenses.
- Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
- Foster robust connections with guests, partners, and vendors.
- Address customer feedback, guaranteeing prompt resolution of issues.
- Propel marketing and branding initiatives to establish Villa Monticello as a premier luxury location.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a similar discipline (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of management experience in luxury hotels or the hospitality sector.
- Powerful leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Capability to operate in a dynamic setting and handle various priorities concurrently.
- Skill in hospitality management software is an advantage.
