Under this scholarship, there are five postgraduate scholarships available for students from Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka as well as Turkey. The scholarship is available for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Then, GREAT SCHOLARSHIPS FOR JUSTICE AND LAW 2022

The University  Great scholarships for justice and law are for students from Ghana. The scholarship program is for the 2022-2023 academic year. Students can apply for the following LLM scholarship programs:

• International Human Rights Law and Practice
• Legal and Political Theory
• MA Applied Human Rights

Benefits of University York Scholarships

Below is the scholarship coverage for successful applicants.

The scholarship offers £10,000 towards tuition fees for one-year Master’s programs to students from Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka as well as Turkey.

Eligibility Criteria

• To begin with, applicants must be citizens of Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, or Turkey
• Secondly, applicants must have a conditional or unconditional offer to study a one-year postgraduate study program at the University (you don’t need to have accepted the offer).
• Thirdly, applicants must be paying fees at the overseas fee rate (any fee assessments must be completed by 27 May 2022)
• Finally, applicants must meet the English language requirement of their chosen postgraduate program.

EXEMPTED APPLICANTS

Applicants who have the following are exempted from applying for the scholarship program

• Applicants who hold a 100 percent tuition fee scholarship or are fully sponsored
  Also, applicants who are current students of the University of York, having started their studies in a past year

Moreover, applicants on the following pathways are not eligible for these scholarships:

• Firstly, Hull York Medical School
• Secondly, International Pathway College
• Thirdly, distance/online learning courses
• Additionally, Part-time courses
• Furthermore, Kaplan International College London
• Last but not least, GEMMA, CASPPER, and Mundus MAPP
• Lastly, Master’s courses last longer than one year.
