Training Officers & Sales Agency Job Recruitment
Job Description
- DEPARTMENT: Distribution
- Position Classification: Full Time
- WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Normal
- LOCATIONS: Accra & Kumasi
- REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Head, Agency & Training
- DIRECT REPORTS: N/A
- INDIRECT REPORTS: N/A
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure that all sales persons operate with knowledgeable manpower
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To begin with, Sourcing CVs from multiple sources
- Then, Sorting, Calling and interviewing potential Sales Executives
- Also, Assist in identifying training and development needs of Sales Executives
- Moreover, Assist in designing training programmes based on the training needs of Sales Executives
- Additionally, Monitor the progress and performance of Sales Executives
- Afterwards, Submit recruitment, training and attrition report monthly
- Last but not least, Provide any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Finally, Supervisory duties: Has no level of authorization, must consult with Head, Training and Agency Management
Required Skills or Experience
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of University degree
- Have qualifications in instructional and /or learning design is advantageous
Technical & Operations
- Proficiency in MS office suite especially power point for creation of visually and verbally engaging training materials and reports
- Indebt knowledge in training facilitation process
- Strong knowledge of instructional designs and concepts in adult learning
- Ability to shortlist and select appropriate CVs
- Have some level of knowledge in the insurance industry
- Have proven track record of boosting company growth through training
- Interpersonal skills that enable the candidate to work with people at all levels in an organization.
Specific Working Experience
- A minimum of 2 years as a Recruitment and Training Officer
- Candidate must be resident at the designated branch
