Job Description

  • To begin with, Answer and direct phone calls
  • Secondly, Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Thirdly, You will Maintain contact lists
  • Moreover, Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Then, Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Also, Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Most importantly, Order office supplies
  • Besides that, Book travel arrangements
  • Afterwards, Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Last but not least, Provide general support to visitors

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Minimum of HND required
  • Knowledge of MS Office
