Administrative Officer at PCL Industries Limited
Job Description
- To begin with, Answer and direct phone calls
- Secondly, Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Thirdly, You will Maintain contact lists
- Moreover, Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Then, Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Also, Develop and maintain a filing system
- Most importantly, Order office supplies
- Besides that, Book travel arrangements
- Afterwards, Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Last but not least, Provide general support to visitors
- Finally, Provide information by answering questions and requests
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of HND required
- Knowledge of MS Office
- 1 – 3 years professional experience
Location: Agyirigano, Accra
