Job Details
- Helping customers with things like making deposits, withdrawals, or payments, dealing with complaints or account problems, and answering questions.
- Telling customers about the products and services offered by the bank.
- Keeping track of, writing down, reporting, and storing information about transactions, bank supplies, and customers, and making sure that all of the information is correct and complete.
- Keeping and balancing cash drawers and figuring out what went wrong.
- Putting money in packages and rolling coins to put in drawers or the bank vault.
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of how to handle money
- Excellent skills in managing time, communicating, and helping customers.
- Knowledge of basic math and computers.
- HND
