Job title: Senior Sales Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee sales activities to achieve growth and sales targets, by managing the sales team for a manufacturing company
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Firstly, Achieve sales target
- Secondly, Regular visits to clients/customers
- Thirdly, Prepare sales reports
- Then, Supervise and monitor work of salesmen
- Last but not least, Conduct market surveys (business development)
- Besides the above, Any other work assigned by Department manager
Qualification and Requirements:
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4 years Experience with the building materials industry is a plus.
