Position Title: Referral and IT Operations Coordinator
Role Summary:
The Referral & IT Operations Coordinator is tasked with guaranteeing smooth coordination of patient referrals in an E-health center while overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, necessitating a strong emphasis on hardware management and network functions.
Main Duties:
Referral Management:
- Streamline the referral process by guaranteeing precise documentation and communication among patients, providers, and outside specialists.
- Employ hospital software systems to effectively manage and monitor referral workflows.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clinical teams and outside facilities to swiftly address referral-related concerns.
IT Management:
- Supervise the installation, upkeep, and resolution of issues related to IT hardware, such as computers, servers, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Perform regular checks and updates of hardware elements to guarantee peak performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee the inventory of IT equipment, guaranteeing prompt acquisition and substitution of devices.
Network Management:
- Oversee and sustain the organization’s network framework, comprising routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Resolve network connectivity problems, guaranteeing minimal downtime and interruptions to operations.
- Work together with outside suppliers or IT service companies to carry out upgrades or address intricate network problems.
Assistance for the System:
- Offer initial technical assistance to employees, promptly resolving issues related to hardware and networks.
- Educate personnel on the effective utilization of IT systems and tools to improve efficiency and minimize mistakes.
- Guarantee the security of data and its confidentiality by utilizing suitable hardware and network setups.
Qualifications:
- Education: Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT hardware management, including exposure to network operations.
- Having experience in healthcare or hospital environments is advantageous.
Technical Abilities:
- Skilled in identifying and fixing hardware problems (computers, servers, devices).
- Solid comprehension of network setups.
- Familiarity with IT security procedures and data safeguarding practices.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Robust skills in organization and multitasking.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clinical teams and outside partners.
- Solution-oriented thinking with a focus on precision.
