POSITION: Sales Representative

Position Summary 

We are seeking to employ skilled Sales Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve the sales goals of our company.

The sales representative will possess a deep knowledge of the sales process and will excel in generating leads and developing relationships. The perfect candidates will learn quickly and be able to present our products in an engaging manner. Frequently responsible for delivering presentations, the sales representatives need to be both friendly and professional.

In your role as a Sales Representative, you will assess customer requirements and provide them with appropriate solutions. You will also respond to any inquiries they might have regarding the products and services we provide. To succeed in this position, you need comprehensive product knowledge and strong communication abilities. You need to possess excellent customer service abilities. A willingness to promptly address possible customer issues and an optimistic outlook.

PURPOSES OF THE POSITION 

  • Promote the company’s offerings by leveraging consumer research along with an extensive and thorough understanding of how our solutions fulfill customer needs.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets by effectively executing sales and marketing plans and methods.
  • Create leads and foster relationships by planning a daily work agenda to reach out to current and prospective clients.
  • Create and execute a territory action strategy utilizing thorough data analysis, and modify sales approaches based on field interactions and outcomes.

Necessary Skills or Experience

CREDENTIALS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar area
  • A minimum of five (5) years of work experience as a Sales Representative is necessary.

SKILLS

  • Demonstrated work experience in the role of Sales Representative.
  • History of meeting sales targets
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities and skilled in fostering trustworthy relationships.
  • Capacity to operate in high-pressure settings
  • Remain informed about product knowledge and the latest sales trends.
  • Work together with colleagues to reach team objectives and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Robust customer support and sales abilities.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of working alone as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and customer care standards.
  • Skill in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them efficiently.
  • Eagerness to acquire knowledge and adjust to evolving business requirements.
  • Capability to establish and uphold robust customer connections
  • Proficient in maintaining a balance between persuasion and professionalism.
