SHS PLACEMENT PORTAL – cssps.gov.gh

The Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) also known as the SHS placement system is an online portal that is used by junior high school graduates to check out for their final school placements (senior high school). This portal is governed and managed under the supervision of both the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Ghana Education Service (GES).

SHS placement portal is a long-used portal that has over the years made the transition of junior high school students into senior high school a less stressful process since this portal when due for opening each year, can be accessed by students irrespective of their location.

To use the SHS PLACEMENT PORTAL;

• Visit the official website, by clicking on the link provided https://cssps.gov.gh/
• Input 10 digit index number with a year of completion (e.g. 22)
• Afterward, input details on your bought pin code details; serial number, and pin
• Press submit and wait for placement details

The SHS Placement Portal is available to all but some activities or features of the portal are only available for use to individuals or students with the required login access.
