Job Description
In your role as a Sales Representative at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you are essential in selling, distributing, and advertising Shalina products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals. The position includes overseeing current customer connections, spotting new sales prospects, and guaranteeing prompt and precise deliveries while adhering to healthcare rules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market and distribute pharmaceutical products to both current and prospective clients.
- Establish and sustain solid connections with pharmacists, physicians, and healthcare providers.
- Share information about products, current promotions, and updates with customers.
- Recognize and capitalize on chances for heightened sales and market growth.
- Distribute pharmaceutical items to clients according to the planned route.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels at customer sites and provide restocking suggestions.
- Process cash transactions, generate invoices, and secure prompt deposits as needed.
- Make certain that all products are moved and kept in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Keep precise records of sales, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Deliver sales reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Keep informed about trends in the pharmaceutical sector, actions of competitors, and shifts in the market.
- Assess sales effectiveness and suggest approaches for expansion.
Key Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical goods.
