A highly recognized firm is looking for talented applicants to work as a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert.
- Contact new and existing consumers to explore their needs.
- Establish, create, and sustain positive business and consumer relationships.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to sustain engagement.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and deliverables on schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with teammates and other departments.
- Supply management provides information on consumer demands, challenges, interests, competing actions, and the possibility of new products and services.
- Prepare and provide a commercial activity report.
- Collaborate with peers from many different fields.
- Continuously improve with feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, commerce, or business administration is required, along with at least three years of professional experience.
- Proven experience working in the ICT and Telecommunications field, preferably with a multinational company.
- Proven experience selling software as a service, including ERP, virtualization, and project management.
- Possess a driver’s license and are proficient in both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Ability to operate under pressure.
- Extensive knowledge of Accra and other regions
- Excellent presentation skills and charm.
- Sense of discipline, respect for the norms and hierarchy
- Very active, dynamic, autonomous, anticipatory, and innovative thinking
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the telecom and ICT industries. – Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enjoy taking on new tasks, never giving up, and am results-oriented.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizing skills
- Ability to build and deliver presentations customized to the audience’s demands.
- French-speaking candidates will be more favored.
Location: Accra.
