Russia: 2024 HSE Global Scholarship Competition

The HSE Global Scholarship Competition 2024 in Russia is now accepting applications, and applicants from all around the world are welcome to apply. This competition is being held by the Higher School of Economics in Russia, which is open to students from all over the world who want to study for a bachelor’s degree in Russia.

For students pursuing undergraduate courses, the HSE International Olympiad 2024 is a fantastic opportunity as it grants a scholarship that waives all tuition fees in full. It is noteworthy that there is no application fee needed to participate in the HSE Competition 2024–2025.

Available Topics

Students from all across Russia and the world are drawn to HSE University by its extensive offerings of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs. The HSE University provides education at every level, ranging from high school to doctorate programs.

The English education offerings at HSE University are expanding annually. There will be nine English-taught bachelor’s programs and forty-five English-taught master’s programs in 2022. In collaboration with Coursera, the Master of Data Science program and four additional Master’s programs are offered fully online. The teaching languages for many full-degree programs are English and Russian.

The following benefits are available to international students who participate in the HSE Global Scholarship Competition 2024 in Russia for Undergraduate Studies when studying in Russia:

Selected applicants could be eligible for full scholarships, partial financial help, or even up to a 75% decrease in tuition costs.

Early admission decisions are given to the HSE Global Scholarship Competition winners.

The Diplomas from the HSE GSC are still valid for two years after the competition.

Nationalities That Qualify:

International students of all nationalities are eligible to apply for this award.

Qualification Criteria:

Non-Russian people, including those who are stateless, who are presently enrolled in high school courses in the 10th or 11th grade for programs that last 11 years, or in the 11th or 12th grade for programs that last 12 years, as well as people who have completed their education and are younger than 25.
