The Marketing Officer will work at the operational level and be responsible to implement all NALO’s marketing strategies and plans. The officer will ensure all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by the marketing department.
The candidate be an enthusiastic marketing personnel with knowledge of the relevant techniques and principles in marketing. The candidate must have good writing skills and be an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities
- Firstly, Implementing all marketing strategies and plans
- Secondly, Work with the marketing manager to oversee the operations of the marketing department
- Thirdly, Organize and attend marketing programmes or events to raise brand awareness
- Moreover, Plan promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- Additionally, Liaise with vendors to design and produce marketing material for the successful implementation of marketing goals and activities.
- Furthermore, Ensure completion of marketing programmes and achieve set goals
- Also, Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth within the market
- Then, Collaborate with managers in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Afterwards, Work with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Last but not least, Support revenue generation goals using marketing as a vehicle
- Finally, Design and implement marketing campaigns at an operational level
Qualifications
- Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role – include number of years .e.g 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Solid knowledge of the market
- Good knowledge in marketing techniques and principles
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field
