Public Area Supervisor at Peduase Valley Resort
Responsibilities
- Make sure that all public areas and other places where things happen are always clean.
- Set up special cleaning for public places, like cleaning chandeliers, etc.
- Make sure flower arrangements are put in the right spots in public areas.
- Make sure dining halls and conference rooms are kept clean and ready for events and meetings.
- Make sure that all maintenance jobs are done with the help of the maintenance staff.
- Train the new soldiers.
- Send in job reviews for the people who work for him.
- Take care of safety and security devices in public places, like fire alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.
- Check and keep an eye on the tools used in public places to make sure it is being used correctly.
- Take a review of the people who work for him.
Requirements
- HND, Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management/ or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
