KEY DISTRIBUTORS NEEDED FOR WILMAR AFRICA LTD
About Us:
Wilmar International is the worlds leading integrated multinational Agribusiness group with head office in Singapore and operates 850 factories in 35 countries across 5 continents, including Asia & Africa and generates in excess of $40 Billion annual turnover.
In Ghana, Wilmar operates and integrated business model in the agriculture sector with holding interest in Benso Oil Palm Plantation (BOPP) – a leading oil palm plantation business which is listed on Ghana’s stock exchange. Wilmar Africa Ltd, which is its manufacturing arm in Ghana is one the largest manufacturing business entities and is the producers of Frytol Cooking oil and importers of Fortune Rice brands among others.
The size and scale of our operations require that we collaborate with entrepreneurs who act as our business partners in various territories, in line with our growth ambitions in Ghana, we are seeking key distributors who will work together with us in realizing our vision.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
* Enthusiasm for business
* Good knowledge of the Consumer Goods Market
* Possess a high sense of intergrity
* Good financial standing
* Currently in FMCG Business or New Entrant
* Growth Mindset, Flexible and Adaptable to change
* National ID(voters, passport, driving license)
* A registered business name with VAT certificate and business certificate
* Certificate to commence business and certificates incorporation if a limited liability company
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the above, the key distributor must be able to provide the follow:
* Logistic Support for product distribution within assigned territory, minimum 5 vans for distribution and 2 vans for wholesale operations
* Office infrastructure and warehousing facility
* Personnel (salesmen, Distributor Manager, etc.)
