Our team consists of a diverse group of licensed nurses, doctors, dietitians, physical therapists, and various other healthcare professionals.
Job Description
Phoenix Home Care Agency is looking to hire a Registered Nurse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Aiding Doctors with tests and assessments
- Carrying out interviews to gather patient medical history and symptom details
- Providing medications, IV therapies, and additional treatments
- Evaluating patient vital signs
- Reaching out to patients about their tests or future appointments
- Informing patients about health issues and preventive measures.
- Managing care in collaboration with various Physician specialists and additional healthcare providers.
- Revising patient health documentation
- Aiding in everyday tasks to promote comfort and wellness.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Nursing diploma or degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- The capability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
- Empathetic, patient-focused strategy.
Compensation: Open to Discussion
Location: Accra
