POSITION: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and leading all maintenance processes and activities.
- Tracking spending and overseeing maintenance budgets.
- Maintaining all machinery to ensure it meets operating standards.
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures.
- Conducting regular facility inspections to detect and remedy issues.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Ensuring that all department employees follow the safety regulations and procedures.
- Setting repair schedules and assessing cost estimates.
- Recording and compiling daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Overseeing equipment stock and putting orders for fresh supplies as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of five years experience in maintenance.
- Previous managing experience is beneficial.
- Excellent awareness of the technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent organization and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
