POSITION: Consultant – Culture Transformation Project
Duties and Responsibilities
Culture Evaluation
- Perform a comprehensive evaluation of the current cultures within the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Recognize cultural advantages, deficiencies, and points of disagreement.
- Engage with essential stakeholders via interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
Formulating Strategies
- Create a customized culture change initiative that aligns with the Group’s strategic objectives.
- Identify major milestones, outputs, and schedules.
Program Development and Execution
- Create programs for cultural transformation, which involve workshops, training sessions, and communication initiatives.
- Work together with the HR team and management to implement the initiatives.
- Make certain that the programs are inclusive and take into account the varied backgrounds of employees.
Leadership Growth
- Create and implement leadership development programs to equip leaders with the abilities needed to initiate and maintain cultural change.
- Offer guidance and support to top executives.
Oversight and Assessment
- Develop metrics to assess the success of the culture transformation efforts.
- Perform frequent assessments and submit updates on progress.
- Modify the approach as needed according to responses and results.
What Success looks like
- A list of actions corresponding to the 10 fundamental values of the organization.
- Comprehensive evaluation report on culture.
- Document outlining the strategy for cultural transformation.
- Thorough program development, encompassing training resources and communication strategies.
- Framework for developing leadership skills.
- Regular progress updates and a conclusive assessment report.
Qualifications
The consultant must have the qualifications and experience outlined below:
- Demonstrated success in spearheading cultural change efforts within large, varied organizations.
- Solid grasp of change management concepts and techniques.
- Experience collaborating with global companies or teams from diverse cultures.
- Outstanding facilitation, communication, and stakeholder involvement abilities.
- Capability to create and execute effective, outcome-focused solutions.

- A comprehensive proposal detailing their strategy for the cultural transformation initiative.
- A collection of comparable projects carried out, along with references.
- Resumes of the primary consultant and essential team members.
