POSITION: Field Sales Supervisor (Retail & All Channels)
- Minimum Educational Requirement: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in field management.

Nestlé Ghana Limited is presently seeking a Field Sales Supervisor for Retail and all channels, tasked with the planning, selling, and merchandising of Nestlé products across all relevant outlets. The goal is to meet approved sales, profit, and volume targets in the designated territory by training, coaching, and managing the Distributor sales team and other secondary sales personnel in the assigned area. Your Duties:
- Guarantee product Availability, Visibility, and Accessibility in key outlets within the assigned sales region by implementing the Territory Sales Plan and Merchandising Guidelines.
- Instruct the secondary sales team on In-Call Execution and conduct consistent field coaching for the different sales positions.
- Finalize the required paperwork following field coaching.
- Determine the training requirements of the Secondary sales team during on-site coaching and tackle them in collaboration with the Sales Performance Development Team.
- Inform the secondary sales team about Cycle activities swiftly and assist them in reaching their quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, and timely information regarding customer demand forecasts, as well as updates on market trends and competitor actions to Sales Management.
- Support distributors in hiring their Secondary Sales Force Staff – Van sales staff, Open Market staff, Tricycle Sales staff, etc.
- Recognize and make use of sales and promotional opportunities for Nestlé products within the assigned area.
- Create a coverage strategy for the Distributor and design a route and journey plan for the secondary sales team while ensuring adherence.
- Handle damaged or expired items in accordance with the Goods Returns Policy.
- Manage the timely distribution and implementation of POS materials to key retail locations.
- Execute precise and prompt sales management.
Qualification and Experience Required
- At least 3 years of experience in Field Management
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build lasting relationships.
