ROLE: Sales Officer – Entry Level

Position Description

  • Manage and retain existing client relationships
  • Check to see whether any defaulting clients have resumed payment.
  • Register newly hired clients’ personnel and verify their porting paperwork are completed.
  • Share appropriate marketing resources to attract new clients and retain brand recognition.
  • Submit accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reports
  • Communicate customer needs to head office for immediate resolution
  • Have a thorough understanding of business goods and value propositions.
  • Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients to address their needs.
  • Salary Range: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses

Required Qualifications or Experience

  • Sales experience/background with a degree/HND in sales/marketing (PREFERRED)
  • Pleasant, kind, and accommodating
  • Enthusiasm
  • Capable of working under duress
  • Extensive attention to detail Excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills
