We are seeking Agile People Operations Interns to join our team. The incumbents will be in charge of People Operations/HR and Employer Branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Research on modern talent management and human resource techniques.
- Create material and reports based on the research, and conduct debriefing sessions with the leadership team.
- Internal adoption of new processes and practices.
- Engage in social media marketing to promote the Culturelligence brand on their channels.
- Collaborate with team members from different functions to provide operational assistance and work on various projects.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to assist with any additional activities or projects critical to the company’s growth and success.
- You will learn Kanban tools to map workflow processes. Based on performance, you may be eligible for Agile PeopleOps Framework™ certification.
- After the internship, you will have the option to participate in Career Coaching Conversations with our leaders/mentors/career coaches, followed by an open invitation to continue participating in quarterly career conversations beyond the internship.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Students currently pursuing their BBA/MBA/Masters in Human Resources (or any other Bachelor/Master degree with a significant interest in HR/People Operations job).
- Students who have graduated and want to develop abilities in Agile PeopleOps and Agile HR.
Perks:
- This is a volunteer internship that can be completed remotely or virtually (from home).
- The internship lasts three months.
- Following the internship, you will receive an Internship completion certificate, endorsements on LinkedIn, and recommendations on your LinkedIn profile from our leaders and team.
