POSITION: Human Resource Intern

Job Description

• Our team is seeking a committed and enthusiastic HR intern to join their department.
• This role is ideal for graduates and aspiring professionals who want to work on business-critical projects and obtain valuable experience.
• The intern will be stationed in Akuse, Eastern Region.

What You Will Do:

The intern will assist the Human Resource Manager with the following activities:

• Recruitment of Factory Workers
• Onboarding activities for new employees.
• Updating personnel databases with fresh contact information, details, and other information.
• Organizing and scheduling interviews with any shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinating logistics for training programs.
• Assisting with company events and corporate activities.
• Completing HR documentation.
• To reply to internal staff inquiries, learn and get familiar with the company’s HR regulations and employee benefits.
• Providing additional administrative support.
• Participating in training sessions.

Required Skill or Experience

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a similar discipline.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with other departments.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Pays attention to details.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
