POSITION: Head of Talent, Learning & Culture Lead
Job Purpose
The Head of Talent, Learning, and Culture Lead oversees all aspects of talent acquisition, development, employee experience, and organizational wiring across South Africa, Ghana, France, and Nigeria.
Flexible location: headquartered in either South Africa, Nigeria, or Ghana.
ABOUT YOU:
Business Strategy
- Craft a Sub-Saharan Transformation agenda to allow corporate performance.
Talent Management
- Lead the talent management strategy for Sub-Saharan Africa, including buying, borrowing, and building talent pipelines.
- Facilitate talent and performance calibration meetings in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Implement inventive tactics to market the employee value proposition.
Learning
- Lead sub-Saharan capabilities projects by skilling, reskilling, and anticipating future learning needs based on medium- to long-term growth strategies.
Organizational design
Manage fixed costs in line with the business plan.
Review country organizational models about corporate strategy, processes/tools, systems, capabilities, and internal benchmarks.
Culture
- Create and implement methods to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that aligns with Danone’s values, behaviours, and People Survey results.
People & Teams
- Lead a team of seven professionals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completed an HR-related degree.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar job, preferably controlling talent, learning, culture, and organizational design in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Lead with the proper principles, including humanism, openness, intimacy, and excitement.
