POSITION: Nutrition, Health and Wellness (NHW) Manager
POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Manager who will drive excellence in the development and execution of Nestlé CWAR NHW strategy to create business value, in line with Nestlé’s Purpose and Nestlé CWAR’s vision “to be recognized for enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future in Central West Africa by providing affordable and accessible nutrition.”

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Nestlé’s recognition as the leading nourishment, Health, and Wellness Company through the provision of affordable, accessible nourishment.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business-relevant NHW Nutrition, Health, and Wellness (NHW) reality to assist businesses in identifying and selecting insights and opportunities for growth with purpose by translating science and public health data into meaningful market I&R and communication strategies, as well as nutrition landscaping activities, studies, and research.
- Partner with brand builders to create powerful brands with a purpose, specifically developing relevant, effective nutrition, health, and wellness brand equity building actions to support sensible business decisions and ensuring that all data is appropriately registered and maintained in Globe/GREAT.
- Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to develop Nestlé’s NHW leadership in the market and beyond.
- Contribute to capturing the hearts and minds of customers and stakeholders:
- Improve employees’ NHW expertise to enable leadership in the roll-out of our NHW agenda, competitiveness in driving purchasing decisions, and foster trust.
- Actively engage and contribute to B-NHW and Nutrition Network initiatives.
- Report on all market initiatives. Share experiences and best practices with your colleagues.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or a life science field with a nutrition focus.
- A minimum of 7 years relevant experience as a nutritionist in Nutrition and Food Technology.
- Experience in nutrition communication is an asset.
- Experience in advocacy or connection with the public Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
- Must be bilingual (English and French).
- Effective communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Working experience in nutrition and brands: innovation and refurbishment.
- In-depth knowledge of nutrition, as well as experience pushing nutrition and wellness through research, corporate programs, and consumer intelligence initiatives.
- Consumer comprehension of the food production industry and regulatory insights.
- Expertise in communication and behaviour change in the food production industry, as well as compliance with health and nutritional claims.
