Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting the business in reaching its revenue, market share, customer, business, and profit goals for a specific portfolio or focus area by successfully implementing digital marketing strategies across suitable channels through relevant campaigns and continuous guidance, insights, and support.

  • Cultivate and oversee professional connections with external suppliers/partners and ensure the final delivery and standards of these suppliers/partners, following the center’s marketing guidelines and governance.
  • Cultivate and oversee relationships with businesses via professional collaboration and offering expert support and guidance to enhance the reach and effectiveness of the digital marketing role.
  • Create and implement the appropriate integrated digital portfolio marketing strategies that ultimately lead to profitable portfolio growth.
  • Oversee and/or provide feedback on digital channel execution for all digital campaigns, encompassing landing pages, user experience enhancement, and contributions to sales fulfillment procedures.
  • Perform competitor analysis and research, assessing customer insights alongside social media analytics, market trends, and competitor information to inform the digital marketing strategy.
  • Execute the application of optimal practices, structures, and procedures to guarantee the achievement of digital segment and digital channel strategies.
  • Input, promote, and implement professional and franchise digital media standards, practices, and governance that align with the segment marketing strategy.
  • Record and share essential insights from major digital marketing efforts to guarantee ongoing learning consistent with group protocols and structures.
  • Proactively looks for methods to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of targeted and cohesive digital marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects.
  • Consistently report on essential performance results and outputs, while pursuing optimization chances across media and channels.
  • Regularly evaluate personal performance, pursue prompt and specific feedback, and ask for growth opportunities when suitable.
  • Organize and oversee performance, skills enhancement, employment equity, team talent, and culture to boost innovation, attain efficiencies, and elevate competencies.
  • Actively participate in the digital marketing community by collaborating with coworkers, fostering teamwork, and combining outputs to enhance the effectiveness of a unified marketing strategy on the target customer group.
