Job Title: Business Development Executive

Hillebrand Gori Group, which is part of DHL Global Forwarding, is looking to fill a new position. This company also moves the raw materials and packaging that are needed to make drinks. This helps our customers’ supply chains run more smoothly. Simply put, we take the stress out of transporting drinks by doing it with the utmost care and as quickly as possible. They are currently looking for a passionate Business Development Executive

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the forwarding industry and BWS
  • What you’ve done before
  • Customer management experience
  • Gathering information and building long-term relationships to figure out what customers need.
  • Good speaking, writing, and public speaking skills

Overall task & responsibilities:

  • Carries out on a country level the regional sector strategy
  • Takes care of the relationship with BWS Customers as points of contact with customers on a country level
  • Works with CRMs to coordinate account planning, customer questions, business reviews, etc.
  • Collects information from customers and the market to keep Product and Trade Lane up to date on what’s going on.
  • Manages the relationships with a set number of customers and potential customers in the Beer, Wines, and Spirits sector.
  • Build, manage, and close a sales pipeline for a country
  • Delivers the country customer budget by keeping a healthy pipeline, doing a good job with contracts, and thinking ahead.
  • Works on regional customer projects and putting the contents of the global business plan into action.
  • Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLAs & SOPs)
  • Regularly updates CRMs and executive sponsors to make sure they know about business-critical issues.

Key skills and credentials:

  • At least three to five years of previous sales experience in the logistics industry or a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Customs rules and procedures, International Freight Forwarding, FCL/LCL, and Incoterms Customer service (Insanely Customer Centric)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as a good understanding of finance and business.
  • Focused on sales and meeting deadlines
  • Having the ability to work with a wide range of people
  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Multi-lingual preferred
