ROLE: Senior Developer – Finite Element Analyst (FEM)
Activities:
- Perform finite element analyses (FEA) to evaluate the structural integrity of mechanical engineering components.
- Develop and verify simulation models for a wide range of mechanical components, including casting parts, steel parts, and complex constructions.
- Examine loads and stresses under various operating conditions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance designs and address technical challenges.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate analysis findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standards and best practices for FEM analyses.
Abilities:
- Extensive understanding of the finite element method and its practical implementation in mechanical engineering.
- Proficient in modeling and simulating intricate structures and materials.
- Capable of interpreting and analyzing simulation results to derive practical recommendations.
- Strong understanding of structural dynamics, materials science, and topology optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to effectively communicate technical information with clarity and precision.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in diverse teams.
Choice of the technology stack
- Software: ANSYS, Siemens NX.
- CAD Programs: Siemens NX.
- Programming Languages: MATLAB
- Additional Tools: Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
