POSITION: Community Sales Manager

The Opportunity

As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll be in charge of ensuring the proper operation of your Regus center while also looking for methods to grow sales and revenue, allowing more people to enjoy the benefits of flexible working. You’ll inspire your team to establish a positive work atmosphere to achieve client happiness and retention.

A typical day at Regus

You begin the day with an informal team meeting over coffee to organize the day and ensure that everyone is prepared.

With one eye on reception, you notice members arriving as well as the first meeting room guests entering. You greet them and accompany them to their conference room, where you show them around and assist them in setting up their WiFi connections and AV equipment for their presentation.

Later, you’ll have a meeting to learn more about a new member and his business demands. You consider the other firms in the center and how you might be able to introduce him to a handful of them at the networking event later in the week.

A huge company is taking over an entire level of the center and will be coming in next week. You go over the relocation in detail with the reception team, making sure the welcome pack is ready and all badges and keys are ready to go.

A pair walks in at noon to inquire about coworking membership. Your sales colleague is on their lunch break, so you offer them a coffee and show them around the facility, highlighting all the perks of Regus membership.

You host a monthly operations meeting for Community Sales Managers from your local cluster of centers, as well as the regional Operations Manager, later in the afternoon. You take a final trip around the building after the meeting, speaking with members and asking how their day went as they begin to wind down and head home.

About You

We’re searching for someone with the experience and aptitude to run a well-oiled machine. You must be a skilled multitasker who can anticipate concerns before they become problems and keep a team motivated and focused on service excellence. You must also be:

  • An excellent communicator who is used to interacting with clients – ideally in the hospitality or events industry Confident, accessible, and capable of developing strong customer relationships
  • A fantastic manager who leads by example and knows how to excite and inspire a team.
  • Enjoys taking responsibility for problems and finding solutions.
  • Positive, eager, and adaptable to rapidly changing situations
  • Self-assured in utilizing Microsoft Office and other fundamental IT programs
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center while focusing on providing excellent customer service.
  • Inspire your associates by strengthening their skills to get the most out of each team member.
  • Promote your center to new consumers and demonstrate how a flexible workspace can benefit their organization.
  • Deliver engaging networking events in your community to generate leads.
