  • In past employment, I consistently met or exceeded sales targets.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate complicated software solutions and their benefits to prospective clients.
  • Capability to create and implement strategic sales programs for effective penetration of target markets and industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to provide convincing presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility in responding to changing market conditions, customer needs, and product offerings.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

The primary job responsibility is to market HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM cloud solutions and related services to prospective and existing Oracle clients, resulting in higher revenue for our Cloud SaaS Applications across various accounts in your zone.

  • Generating new SaaS cloud income in HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM.
  • Create a strategy and sales plan to address the designated territory coverage. (FSI & Manufacturing)
  • Driving the implementation of sales campaigns.
  • Creating and following up on leads, qualifying them, and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Identifying and working with the right people at Oracle and the customer.
  • Working with and influencing Oracle Partners’ operations as appropriate.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date grasp of competition in the HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM lines, as well as the ability to influence the sales process to establish proactive and counter-action strategies for winning the business.
